NepaliFoodGPT is an AI-powered tool specialising in Nepali cuisine, recipes, cooking methods, ingredients, and food culture. The Service is operated by NepaliFoodGPT, based in Australia.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    NepaliFoodGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always use your judgement when following recipes, especially regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. We are not responsible for any harm arising from following AI-generated advice.
  

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to send messages.
Share, sell, or transfer your account access to others.
Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the AI system.

4. Free Tier

The free tier allows up to 10 messages per day at no cost. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time. Free tier usage is for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
The Unlimited plan is priced at $1.99/month or $16.70/year (save 30%).
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund for new subscribers who are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact nepalifoodgpt.com/contact.
Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The NepaliFoodGPT name, logo, and interface are owned by NepaliFoodGPT. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce or commercialise content from the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NepaliFoodGPT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
